Encino Pizza Cookery

NOT celiac safe. I called to check about GF foods and food prep and they told me all the right things on the phone- that GF food cooked separately , etc. I asked our waitress again when we ordered.

They have a very extensive GF menu and GF chicken sandwich came with fries I asked if they were cooked in dedicated fryer and waitress said all fried foods are cooked together- and they fry foods with breading!! Ahhhhh

Really good GF rolls, pasta, pizza and Lasagna. They even have GF desserts.

Upon entrance there is information educating diners about "gluten" and what grains carry it. That was a good sign, then Wow!!! What a menu. Lasagna, Pizza, breadsticks, ravioli, eggplant parmesan, and so much more (Lots I had a hard time deciding. Started off with the breadsticks, then the beef lasagna. Fast, yummy, and oh so cheesy.. Finished off with a slice of cake (it is my Bday afterall). What a happy experience. I totally recommend them.

Our family loves the gluten free margarita pizza here. Last timeWe were here, we tried the gluten free lasagna and antipasto salad. Everyone in our family enjoyed the meal and the kids were very happy. Definitely recommend this place for the pizza!
