My experience was...strange. My waiter told me that there was "flour everywhere" and that they put the cauliflower crust on a floured surface during prep and the only precaution they took re: gluten was to bake it "on a screen in a shared oven." I'm still not sure if he meant tray, but I asked if they were careful at all during prep and he just kept talking about how there was flour all over the place and said that if I really needed gluten free, all I could have was a mixed green salad. I had the salad, which was fine, but unfortunately not something anyone intended to suffice as a full meal. Left still hungry and very confused.
