I’ve been ordering from this location for 4 years. One of my children have celiac and I am highly sensitive to gluten. Neither one of us has ever got sick. Bread is the best I’ve ever eaten for subs! They will ask if it’s for a preference or allergy and prepare in separate safe area. Hands down our go to for a not only quick bite but tasty!
Staff was knowledgeable about which sandwiches are available as gluten free.

Hopkins, MN location - Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Cross contamination. Bread was delicious.
They understand gluten free here! When making a GF sandwich, they use ingredients from a completely separate area - nice!
Just discovered they have Udi's gluten free bread for their sandwiches! They change their gloves and keep your sandwich completely separate. One guy took over and made my sandwich. Delicious! I had the Turkey and Avocado...first time having a sandwich like this since 2009! Highly recommended. They also have some gluten free soups.

Bread fell apart instantly, whole sandwich was a mess. I watched them make it and one touched the sandwich twice before changing her gloves. Not a place I will return to
Not a good place for those with celiac. They do offer gluten free bread, and change their gloves. But, they do not wipe down the counter, and they do not change out utensils. Cross contamination will undoubtedly happen.

Separate non-contact area was removed. Food prep no longer is isolated.

The staff is knowledgeable about Celiac and take cross-contamination seriously. The have a separate make table in the back and take ingredients from a separate supply.
They have the best gf bread I've ever had. They take precautions and will tell you if your choice is not gluten free. You may want to call ahead to make sure they have gf bread because they do run out sometimes. We live right down the road so we have eaten here A LOT and I have not had any issues.
Offers gluten free bread & it was the best I’ve ever had. Sandwich tasted wonderful. Lots of options. It is $3 extra for the GF bread so just keep that in mind. I made sure to ask them to change knives & gloves when making my sandwich & they were very nice about it. Didn’t have any issues after eating there
