Offers gluten free bread & it was the best I’ve ever had. Sandwich tasted wonderful. Lots of options. It is $3 extra for the GF bread so just keep that in mind. I made sure to ask them to change knives & gloves when making my sandwich & they were very nice about it. Didn’t have any issues after eating there

No longer have gluten free bread or a separate area for making subs. Majorly disappointed since this was my go to for a sub.
I haven't had a sub sandwich in the 14 years since I was diagnosed as a celiac. This was the most amazing sandwich served on a gluten-free sub roll.
stopped in, hoping for gluten free (celiac safe) options- and I got so much more! ! not only were they aware of celiac , but they have a separate area for the preparation AND they also were able to tell me which meats were gluten free- Thank you to the guy who was so helpful on a busy octoberfest day in appleton- You Rock!!
Their gluten free sub bread is delicious and with their gf menu that is prepared on separate equipment they try very hard to minimize risk of cross contamination. I loved my sub and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Bread fell apart instantly, whole sandwich was a mess. I watched them make it and one touched the sandwich twice before changing her gloves. Not a place I will return to
Not a good place for those with celiac. They do offer gluten free bread, and change their gloves. But, they do not wipe down the counter, and they do not change out utensils. Cross contamination will undoubtedly happen.

Separate non-contact area was removed. Food prep no longer is isolated.

The staff is knowledgeable about Celiac and take cross-contamination seriously. The have a separate make table in the back and take ingredients from a separate supply.
They have the best gf bread I've ever had. They take precautions and will tell you if your choice is not gluten free. You may want to call ahead to make sure they have gf bread because they do run out sometimes. We live right down the road so we have eaten here A LOT and I have not had any issues.
Great option for fast lunch or supper. They have two or three certified gf sandwiches and any sandwich on their menu can be ordered with a gluten free bun. Delicious!
