I pains me to say this, but I am pretty sure I was glutened the last time I ate baked goods from here. I should note that I am extremely sensitive, while my husband, who also has Celiac's, isn't sensitive at all. They use Bob's red Mill flour, which I just found out is made on the same equipment processing gluten ingredients. I would say know your tolerance for Cross contamination. If it is non-existant, like mine, don't eat here. But if it is okay, well then the cookie sandwiches are delicious.
