Staff is so friendly and helpful. My understanding is that all the chicken is not GF because it is marinated in soy sauce. The Brazilian cheese bread is GF and wonderful. They’ll bring more if you ask. I’ve eaten there many times and I’ve never gotten sick. They do not have a GF menu, but I eat these: Parmesan pork and Parmesan steak, garlic steak, sirloin, pork belly (the best), shrimp, pineapple, and bacon-wrapped filet. The labels at the salad bar are not complete, but I use my common sense and I’ve always been fine. (For example, an item that obviously contains wheat is not labeled). Stick with the cheeses, olives, etc. and maybe don’t take chances with iffy things like the casseroles. This is a go-to date night and celebration place for us. Definitely get reservations about a week ahead. Cocktails are nothing to write home about. Maybe I’m a cocktail snob. I usually get wine here. ***All of this being said, I’m not super sensitive to cross-contamination. If you are, you should probably ask more questions.***
