I am celiac, I did not get sick, the food was safe but I would not go back. As a vegetarian there were only 2 options for me to choose from. (Veggie curry and zucchini noodles with pesto) I got the zucchini noodles with pesto. They were super salty and not that great. A woman at the table next to us lit up a cigarette! I had to ask her to put it out, I can’t believe they tolerate smoking. It is open on one side and a very casual atmosphere. For me it was too loud and just not a great experience. They do have some sides like coconut rice, potatoes. They have a lot of outdoor seating but it was extremely windy so we sat inside, it’s literally on the edge of the water and if it hadn’t been so windy it could be a great experience there especially for someone who eats fish or other meat, there would be more GF options for those diets.
The food here was amazing! For breakfast, they have a build-your-own option which is easily modifiable for gluten free. The breakfast potatoes, which were originally fried, were able to be grilled in order to be celiac friendly. The corn tortillas are safe too. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free. Beautiful view. My family (3 celiacs) came here for breakfast nearly every day and had a lovely experience every time.
