First time here in about 5 years. I was a bit let down. I used to fly frequently for work and would purposely book connections in Denver so that I could eat here. Etais located at about B23 has a variety of GF options. My former go-to was a burger and fries. Ordered the same thing today and was told fries weren’t safe. Burger came out on toasted GF bread but it was soggy so I had to eat it with a knife and fork. My burger, chips and Diet Coke was $31 after tax which felt about $10 high for the experience. So far so good on a reaction hoping for the best.

I have had pretty good experiences every time I have eaten here. I explain that I have an allergy and I make sure what I pick up from the “to-go” line is safe, just to make sure. I have had great experiences with the gf burger and fries EDIT: this last time I ate there, I got sick! Now looking at newer comments - I am reading that the fries AREN’T safe! That is news to me since I last ate there & was told they were safe. A bit disappointing

I’ve eaten here twice- got the vegetarian burger with fries both times. I explained that I have Celiac disease and the server assured me of safety procedures. The food tastes fantastic, but I got sick on the plane both times after eating here (the first time I thought my illness may have been due to air turbulence, but the second time it occurred before the plane left the ground). I’m not sure where the breakdown was as I double checked menu items with the server to make sure my choices were gluten free.

I ordered a sandwich and asked many questions about whether or not it would be safely prepared. I was assured that it they were able to accommodate a person who is sensitive to even small amounts of gluten. Unfortunately, my Nima showed a positive result, so I was not able to eat the sandwich or the fries.

I have been coming here off and on for a while as it is one of the only Celiac safe place to eat. However the past few times my GF bread has been one step away from charcoal. Just ordered a breakfast sandwich and was told it’s on a GF bun get to the plane and it’s a regular bun. Service and management has gone down hill. Staff is mostly friendly. Time to take a break from here for a while until they figure things out.

The airport and all restaurants were very busy. The staff was very careful about making sure our order was GF but they didn't pay much attention to anything else, and everything had to be remade because they just couldn't get it right. We were happy to have GF options in the airport because traveling is the hardest... just be prepared to double check your order and be very specific when ordering if you make modifications (like no cheese) to the menu items. The fries were good!

Delicious food, gluten free bread was amazing... I asked twice if it was really gluten free. Fries were yummy, and I was able to eat my meal and relax. Yay

Amendment on my review, second visit here (that I was super excited for)... just meh..... low on supplies, meat on sandwich was barely there and the amazi g gluten free bread I had last time ..was out.. so got meh bread.... fries were not GF this time... which made me sad. However the server was sure to inform me so I didn't order them. But so sad it wasn't as amazing as last time.

WOW! I wish I could go here all of the time. Gluten free is written all over their menu! They have GF pizzas and sandwiches and gluten free buns for all of the hamburgers. Even better, their fryer is 100% gluten free. They are super knowledgeable and know to change their gloves and prepare separately. I had a burger with french fries and I must admit it was the BEST burger ever!! The fries were also delicious. Definitely stop here!!!

I ate here after being a frequent visitor in the past however have not been in over a year. The menu has changed and they got rid of my two favorite sandwiches. However I had the chicken basil club and fries. It was super yummy. I was a bit fearful as when I sat down to eat I noted it was toasted. I didn’t get sick so I assume they have a dedicated toaster as well. I am super sensitive. It was very yummy.

Do not eat here. This place has gone down hill. It used to be 100% gf. Now there are “options” I ate half the sandwich before I got my ticket and realized there was no up charge for gluten free like the menu says. The waitress remade my sandwich. I’m afraid it’s too late.

This place used to be a 5 star for me, but slowly over time has become less so. While there are options, it doesn’t seem like as many (for example, the fries are no longer GF) and the staff is not as familiar with celiac. It’s becoming one of those places you cross your fingers and hope for the best.

The gf bun was way beyond regular Udi’s bread slices. I had a chicken pesto type sandwich and they have a dedicated fryer. Brenda served me and she was very knowledgeable and sweet. Delicious food and it was worth the hike from another terminal. It’s near B22. I’m celiac and I had zero side effects other than being very full afterwards.

Gets a 5-star for a genuine celiac friendly gluten free restaurant on an airport terminal. It’s a rarity to find one. They do a great job and have a wide variety of food that is fried and prepared separately. I’ve eaten there few times without getting sick. Also checked it with Nima sensor and got a smile :) I think they can improve upon the knowledge of the front staff taking orders. Otherwise it’s super nice. I’d say 9/10 times I can safely eat there without checking but I’m always afraid of cross contamination in a busy restaurant on an airport. Hard to get something better than that.

Ordered a gluten-free breakfast sandwich. Ate half and it was delicious but double checked with the server that it was GF. She seemed to snap awake, eyes widened, she immediately took the sandwich and they made a new one. She was very apologetic and comped the whole meal. Unfortunately she ended with “I’m so sorry, this happens all the time”. If you have to eat here triple check. This is going to be a miserable travel day. Uuugghhhhhh....

I would give negative stars if I could. I specifically asked for gluten-free pizza and they were out so then I asked for a gluten-free cheeseburger and they fed me a regular one (I got 3 bites in and knew there was no way that bread could be udis) which I'm now going to be sick for days because of not to mention I'm flying all day. I went back to get the right Neil and then they forgot my avocado. Not only did they not care that they had made me sick they didn't feel sorry at all.

Got here right before the kitchen shut down for the night during one miserable and delayed ridden business trip. The bartender was very friendly, and once I expalined I have celiac, she displayed some great knowledge. I got a GF burger and fries. It was very good. They use an Udi's bun, so yes, I ended up using a knife and fork to finish the meal, as Udi's is Udi's. The server was very attentive. While I did not notice until after I order, but they also carry GF beers, including New Planet, and have a nice wine selection for a small bar and grill in an airport.

As other reviewers pointed out, this cafe is happy to modify many of their menu items, using Udi products. Any gf diner knows that Udi's bread is notorious for crumbling and not keeping its shape (personally, I don't care for Udi products); however, that being said, I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich here. It was made very well: It was large, had good flavor, and was filling. I would definitely recommend eating here.

I went here based on reviews from prior patrons... big mistake. Not sure if it was the bartenders lack of understanding Celiac or if she was simply busy but I instantly reacted to my breakfast. Worst part was I ate minutes before boarding a plane so my reaction occurred during flight. I've never felt so horrible since cutting gluten, corn and dairy out after my diagnosis. I do not recommend this place.
