We stopped in for lunch based on the reviews and it was spectacular. Truly! I had the Spanish tenderloin with manchego mashed potatoes and my husband had the Mediterranean salad with swordfish.
Oh, we also had the roasted cauliflower for an appetizer, too.
You can tell the attention to detail by the chef in every bite. It all was so delicious!
The manager came by to discuss how gf we are and the server was so very knowledgeable about the ingredients.
If I was a local, this would be my go-to restaurant. Oh, and lunch is a fraction of the dinner prices.

Excellent GF options. About a third of the menu is GF. They take GF very serious. When a cooked item is up from the kitchen the waiter calls for a manager who looks at the order tag and then verifies that the dish is GF. And, the food is outstandingly amazing. It’s not cheap, but well worth it.

This is the second time I’ve eaten here. The food is amazing and I feel 100% confident in their GF options. Not everything is gluten free but they have a few options and they all sound so delicious. I got the venison and it was so good. Their gluten bread is AMAZING and a must try. It’s fine-dining and expensive but well worth. I’ll eat here every time I visit Nashville. Servers are knowledge on allergies and chefs are very accommodating.

Hosted a dinner with celiac and non-celiacs. The server was exceptionally attentive to our celiac needs and very careful to ensure the gluten containing items were segregated from GF items. The chef adapted many of the menu items to accommodate GF and placed potentially suspect ingredients (ie. nuts) on the side. The managers delivered the GF items and spoke directly to the Celiacs to reinforce the GF safety. The GF bread is incredible - even non-celiacs enjoyed it. I have had the filet on several occasions and have never had any issues. The service was spectacular!

Great selection, great service, exceptionally delicious food. All members of the staff were knowledgeable about GF options that are celiac safe. The chef came to our table before the meal and assured me they would prepare things safely. He then delivered our food, reassuring me how it was prepared. An overall great experience!

This place was great!! The waitress was very knowledgeable and ended up combining two different entrees to give me the best of both worlds (the protein I wanted with the sides that were safe). They have a GF bread & butter option that is delicious — definitely worth the add on! Also many of the starters could be made GF, as they were willing to use separate equipment for preparing. My meal was delicious and I had no reactions

Y’all! This place is awesome. They are super slammed usually, so definitely make reservations. We went on a Thursday night at 9pm and they were still not taking people without a reservation. I ordered everything gluten and nut free and had no reactions. The cauliflower appetizer was so good. It’s very rich, so it’s enough to share with 3-4 people. I had the fresh fish (Mahi Mahi that night) without the sweet potato beignet and nuts. Our server and the manager both asked if I was Celiac when I said I needed my food gluten and nut free. Very impressive that they knew right off the back what I needed. A great place for a fancy, romantic dinner.

Ordered the chef's creation 3 course meal of the day. The staff was very accommodating to make sure my meal was prepared on a clean grill and all ingredients met my dietary restrictions. I carry an allergy card that lists GF and nightshade allergies. The Chef personally spoke to me and tailored the meal to meet my allergy restrictions including making corn bread muffins just for me. It's the best meal I've had since becoming ill with a rare autoimmune disease in 2017.

Etch was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was exceptionally professional and ensured that I was able to order and receive my food without gluten or soy. Loved the cauliflower appetizer (no almonds as they are fried) and pork chop with salad and potatoes was great. I also had the merengue dessert however I had to forgo the white chocolate sauce due to soy. It was very nice and the merengue and lemon curd were sweet enough with the blueberry ice and pistachios to balance the flavors. Thank you for a wonderful evening where I didn’t have to worry about getting sick. I only regretted not remembering to order the gluten free rolls. No GF menu however you can tell server your allergies as everything is made to order so they can accommodate your requests.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had! The complexity of layered flavors combined with how serious they took my gluten free needs was amazing. When I mentioned I have to eat gluten free (I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity), the waiter asked if it was an allergy or celiac and told me how they would handle it. Since every dish is made to order, I could eat almost everything on the menu (the fried chicken was a no-go). For appetizers, we had the roasted cauliflower minus the almonds due to cross contamination, steak carpaccio, octopus and shrimp bruschetta on gf rolls (my favorite of the three). They were all delicious. For my entree, I had the from the sea special which was mahi-mahi. The only modification was no sweet potato beignet, but I didn’t miss it. For dessert, I had the pear and cranberry pavlova. It was delicious! I can hardly wait to go back!

The only thing I could eat was salad due to dairy allergy. I didn’t like the salad because I don’t like arugula, but I ate it and was fine. Waiter kept referring to everything as Celiac free which was weird, but I’m guessing the chef knew what he meant because I didn’t have a reaction.

The menu doesn't denote what is GF, so I was a bit leery. But, my server was awesome! She told me that most of the menu could be modified to be GF. I was interested in the butter sampler appetizer, so she went back to the kitchen to ensure that the butter of the day was safe. Sure enough, it was and it was served with delicious GF rolls. My husband had a few bites and said he wouldn't have even been able to tell that the rolls were GF. I then had the filet, which was amazing. All in all, a great experience and I felt very safe eating there!

Great service excellent menu with some unique fresh flavors. Hope to visit again soon. Definitely a favorite. The gf herbed dinner rolls were addictive served with apple pie butter and roasted fennel butter. I loved all the flavors right down to the earl grey chocolate ice cream!

Had the Argentine tenderloin for lunch. They fried the potato salad in a separate pan. Everything was delicious! Came back the next day. They were very understanding and knew about celiac disease. Too bad there is not one in Chicago.

This restaurant does not have a gluten-free menu but 95% of the menu can be prepared gluten-free and everything is delicious. They even make gluten-free bread and I was told they have a dedicated oven for their gluten-free bread. I have eaten there several times and the staff seems very knowledgeable as well as the chef about cross-contamination concerning gluten items. I have even eaten some of their sauces because they are gluten-free as well, most are made with fresh ingredients. Great restaurant!
