I ordered the gluten free bananas foster French toast. They asked if I needed them to change gloves and clean the grill. I felt so safe eating there as they seemed educated on the subject. It was delicious and I had absolutely no symptoms! The service was wonderful. I highly recommend this place!
So delicious! I got the French toast and the bread was larger than typical GF breads. Served asked if I’d like their gloves changed and grill cleaned before preparing the food.

Super safe! My daughter had French toast for the first time. They have a separate area to keep it safe.
They had great gluten free options! My daughter had no issues eating here. They did glove changes and cleaned prior to making her food.
I had the eternal Benedict and French toast and it was absolutely amazing. They have a gluten free menu and asked if I wanted the grill cleaned and gloves changed! They were very knowledgeable. Might eat here again tomorrow before we head home
This little cafe is amazing! I was only in town for 2 days and went twice. The French toast is AMAZING. They are so kind and accommodating. They have separate GF menu with lots of options.
They have a dedicated menu. Not a ton of things but what they did have was delicious!! The sever seemed knowledgeable and asked if I wanted the kitchen to changed gloves and clean off grill. Really nice staff!
Separate GF menu. The staff was very conscientious about cross contamination. The gf eggs Benedict was delicious as was the gf French toast crème brûlée. Most of the menu items could be made GF

Wonderful experience. Waitress assured me allergies were taken seriously and they even had a GF menu!! I was thrilled to be able to order French toast without fear of cross contamination. It was so good my partner even ordered another meal of French toast bc he liked mine so much!! Probably our new favorite brunch spot. Cute, local, delicious, and GF friendly!
SO GOOD!! Got the menu and at the top it says “ask for our gluten free menu.” Gluten free menu had plenty of fantastic options! I have gotten the eternal benidict 3 times now, which comes on the best gf toast ever! Before I even order, the server asks me if I have celiac and need the equipment wiped down and gloves changed. So knowledgeable! Favorite gf brunch spot in Wilmington!
The service was great and the eggs benedict was really really tasty. They had a dedicated gluten free menu with lots of good stuff on it, including Benedicts and french toast! The staff even asked if i would prefer they take extra precautions (e.g., clean the stovetop) before making my food.
Such a cute place, we went twice on our trip! We tried the eternal, California, and black bean benedicts, and then also the house and bananas foster french toasts. All delicious! And all except for the bananas foster were also dairy free.
This place was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and delicious Gf food. Both of my kids have Celiacs and they finally got to have the luxury of French toast and eggs benedict.
Had the eternal Benedict and added the banana foster French toast special, both were delicious but the banana fosters was special. My only complaint was that the Benedict was served as one piece of bread cut in half. I feel like the upcharge for gf bread should be two pieces especially since we all know gf bread is teeny tiny. Also worth noting, for sides, the potato wedges aren’t gf, so your choices are truffle grits or fruit. Otherwise it was delightful, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We got there right as they opened on a Wednesday and it filled up pretty fast. I would definitely eat here again.

Amazing French toast! Also enjoyed the black bean Benedict and truffle grits!! Would definitely recommend and would most definitely come back when I am in Wilmington. It’s a smaller and popular restaurant so be prepared for a wait.
The food here is AMAZING! I’ve never felt so much like a normal human being again before. The bananas foster French toast is to die for! And absolutely the perfect poached eggs. My husband had the eternal Benedict and couldn’t stop raving about it. Separate GF menu, precautions taken, the gf bread was light and airy and grilled to perfection on a separate surface. Will come every time we visit Wilmington from now on!
They don’t have a separate menu but have items marked as gf. The waitress we had was super knowledgeable and had the kitchen staff clean the grill, utensils & change gloves before preparing my food. I ordered the cheesecake french toast, scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese and bacon. It was delicious. I highly recommend!
Great little place! Has a diner feel and a whole gluten free menu! They are really great about no cross contamination as they have a separate toaster for gluten free bread. I got the California Benedict with gf bread and grits instead of hash. Very knowledgeable staff!
Excellent food! The reviews didn’t lie, the GF Banana Foster was sooo good! The other side items were good too. It’s rare to find a place I can eat with Family/Friends.
What a quaint little place to stop and eat breakfast. They are totally aware of Gluten Free and did ask me if it was an allergy or preference. I ordered (per all the recommendations found here) the Cheesecake French Toast with the side of scrambled eggs and bacon. Will definitely be back. Go earlier than 10-10:30. Because they are small, you have to wait outside to be seated.

We went here for breakfast twice while on vacation in Wrightsville Beach. The food was super delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! My son has Celiac and he loved the French toast! They take their GF selection seriously. I would definitely recommend it!
They take gluten-free very seriously. I have celiac, stated that and they have a separate area. I had Gluten free French toast, scramble eggand bacon. Delicious! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
We’ve eaten here a lot. Today was a MASSIVE miss. We asked for the French toast special to be made with the gluten free bread.
I asked Emily, the manager, to explain why and she said because the staff is not trained and for us “to keep pushing it on my waitress who is new and call me over here…
I interrupted her to confirm that it was my fault and she reaffirmed that, “we’ll, you’re the one asking me to come over here”
I’m sorry that your staff is “new” and “untrained” but that’s not my fault.
Then, when they delivered the food to the two of us who were eating, one of the Benedict’s had the hollandaise on too when it was requested on the side.
So good! They have great mimosa options. The food is delicious. When I told the waitress that I had Celiac, she said they will clean the grill top and cook only my food on it to avoid cross contamination. I ate gluten free toast with no reaction, along with my omelet. Highly recommend!
Pretty good-eggs Benedict were very good but food was not hot and croissant was small and over heated leaving greasy. Aware of gluten allergy and how to handle food. Would try again.
Amazing experience! They totally got celiac and had several options. I had two options of French toast, which were delicious! The banana fosters French toast was sublime. We even went back a second day and the server remembered that I had celiac.

We LOVED this place so much, we were in town for the weekend and went back twice. The eggs Benedict was amazing - they just swap out the English muffin or other bread with a GF slice of toast. Delicious.

WOW! That was the best Gluten Free breakfast that I've had since my diagnosis 7 years ago. I got the cheesecake french toast and it was fantastic, the gluten free bread was light and fluffy and chewy (which as we know is very rare for GF bread). All benedicts could be made gluten free as well. They noted that my dish was an allergy and I believe they took appropriate measures to avoid cross contamination.

My husband and I visited Wilmington 3 days, and we visited Eternal Sunshine for 2 of our 3 breakfasts. Emilie was very helpful, and their home fries and gluten-free toast are fabulous! We both would highly recommend it, and my husband said their coffee was good.
Gluten free options, especially for breakfast. They have gluten free pancakes, but they were awful. Egg dishes are delicious.
Was here for breakfast. Offers gluten free bread substitute which is very nice.
