EurAsia Ramen

There is exactly one item on the menu marked as gluten-free: the "Gluten-Free Vegan Ramen." It is so scrumptious that I forgive them the lack of other gluten-free items.

Everything else looks tempting too, but I've had the Gluten-Free Vegan Ramen three times in the past few months, and haven't gotten tired of it yet.

Various unmarked menu items (e.g. edamame, poke, sushi) look like they might be gluten-free, or could be made so with modifications, but I haven't inquired. I would not be surprised if the answer were no, since they did specifically mark just one item gluten-free.
