No gluten free menu. Cross-contaminated menu. No gluten free buns.
I called ahead and spoke with the manager. She said that let your server know when you get the menu and they have an allergy list for everything on the menu. I ordered the nachos and they don't have a separate fryer. The manager came up and went over the menu and I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger instead. She was very nice and accommodating. Just finished the burger and side of broccoli, very tasty!
— Not at all
Was told nothing on the menu was gf
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The food is good, however their cook staff is not careful. I’ve eaten there several times, and was unsure about if I reacted the first couple times. I ate there again last night and I’m already reacting this afternoon. If you actually have celiac, stay away.
Went there and ordered the 28-day aged burger and the chocolate peanut butter mousse. Told the waitress about my allergy, she confirmed everything was fine and no cross contamination. Confirmed with her multiple times when I got each dish. Got very very sick. Avoid!
Staff was inattentive and paid me no mind after I was glutened from drinking a Bloody Mary and eating their deviled eggs, neither of which had any specific wheat ingredients. By the time my actual order (a salad) came around, I had to leave to get some Imodium. Only after complaining to the manager that I was not able to eat my food, did we receive a comped bill. This was after we had paid.
I loved Eureka pre-diagnosis, but was a little afraid to try them again. I was very pleasantly surprised! I was lucky enough to get Brittany as my waitress. She can’t eat gluten either and knew immediately how to help me and what to tell the kitchen. She knew to ask the cooks to change their gloves and clean surfaces and even spotted that my favorite pre-diagnosis burger has gluten in the mustard and had the kitchen leave it off. They don’t have a GF menu or offer GF buns, but I found them helpful and accommodating. Not sure if all staff would have been as knowledgeable though. I ordered the Fresno fig burger - naked, which comes on a bed of arugula. They have several sides that are gluten free to replace the fries since they are cooked in a shared fryer. If you ask all your normal celiac questions I think you should be able to eat here safely.
i’m celiac and extremely sensitive to cross contamination. i ate here and i explained to my server how sensitive i am. she was very knowledgeable about it, and extremely helpful! they whole kitchen staff made sure to clean their station and make sure my food was safe from cross contamination, the manager even checked on me to make sure my food was good. i highly suggest this place!
Ordered a cheese burger with lettuce wrap with coleslaw side because there is no gluten free fryer- so the fries looked amazing, but I couldn't try them. Very dry cider on tap. Great beef patty, just bummed the fries aren't safe.
Extremely limited options. They were nice but I had a hard time finding anything to eat. I had my choice of a burger without bun or a salad with "probably ok" ingredients. The waitress said she didn't know the ingredients in anything (although she was sure they were mostly ok)... She did know that cross contamination would happen with a lot of the menu items. I did have the soup of the day. It was good turkey chili. The seats were extremely hard.
