Review of Evel Pie

So I used to love this place. The GF pizza is actually what dreams are made of. I had visited about 4 times before I had a really bad experience. It was a busy night and a woman took my order and it was not pleasant. We asked specifically to not have croutons in the salad, and we ordered the GF pizza. The salad came with croutons (a few) and I sent it back to be remade, specific about my allergy. The woman simply removed the remaining croutons without remaking the salad. For anyone with celiac this is a nightmare in customer service. If it were peanuts, the same actions would not have been taken. I saw crumbs in my salad and I almost took a bite but I had a feeling she didn’t care. I ended up not eating the salad and my father ate it for me. I took the salad back again and tried to get a hold of a manager and said the salad needs to be remade from scratch. It was too busy. I decided after this night to never return. Perhaps they used to care about cross contamination but I believe they still use the same ovens to cook. The bartender also didn’t give a rip about my adverse reaction. Sad. I used to love it here and now I am not sure. I also felt kind of sick the next day.
