Review of Evel Pie

I am ashamed at how much of this pizza I ate! Since my diagnosis 3 years ago, I have not had any deep dish pizza. This pizza is outrageously good! The cheese is crusty along the size of the deep dish pizza. It appears to be a tapioca flour crust and it is AMAZING. I had leftovers (because I ordered extra pies) for breakfast AND dinner today. Shameful, yes, but absolutely worth it!
