Ordered a gluten free scallop roll from a gluten free menu and the scallops came out on a non gluten free bun. Cashier said they would just take the scallops off the bun. I informed the cashier they would have to remake the scallops which they did. Felt as if they did not understand gluten but were very nice and willing to fix the problem.
This happened to me as well a couple months ago - I don't think the kitchen really understands GF and/or they just get super busy
