Evergreens Salad

It's hit or miss if I get cc'd from here or not. I went today and watched a server pick up a tortilla and then dip the entire salad measuring bowl into the lettuce. After today I will not be returning due to cross contamination fears. Which is a bummer because it was one of my favorite places in the area.

I love evergreens but since being diagnosed have eaten here twice. First time no reaction, second time was a clear cross contamination glutening. Delicious but not worth the risk. Both times I marked gluten allergy and followed up with a phone call to make sure they would try to be careful and they were super accommodating. Still happened but they tried.

I've had salads from here a few times now without any issues. I'm gluten sensitive. So happy to have a healthy restaurant option in the neighborhood!

Was amazing. Make it in the back separate from everything else. Super safe and delicious.
