I used to eat here a lot and never get sick but the past two times I’ve gotten very sick. Great salads but a lot of cross contamination and some of the staff don’t know what gluten is.

Great salad options. House salads are clearly marked as GF and you watch them make it and customize as you go or you can craft your own salad. Best part, the only GF cookie o have found in the neighborhood.
The most gluten free options in the Seattle airport and seemed the safest. Got the jalapeño business bowl and it was very yummy.

Was amazing. Make it in the back separate from everything else. Super safe and delicious.

It's hit or miss if I get cc'd from here or not. I went today and watched a server pick up a tortilla and then dip the entire salad measuring bowl into the lettuce. After today I will not be returning due to cross contamination fears. Which is a bummer because it was one of my favorite places in the area.

The menu has gluten-free options, and I watched them change their gloves out and make my food in the back to avoid cross-contamination, I was so grateful!

Asked for gluten-free and got a sour look and an eye roll. Got sick only a few bites into my $20 salad. Terrible experience.
