What a neat and creative idea for a establishment. Everything is absolutely gluten free and Paleo!!! The recipes are wonderful and they have lots of options to chose from all different types of proteins for the dishes. You take them home there already made, and you heat them up! There are delicious meals! It's a nice set up the staff is nice and you can order online and they will deliver to you. I will definitely be back.

Fresh prepped meals to go made in an entirely gluten-free facility. Everything here is paleo, so it's also dairy free. This isn't a standard restaurant since you just pick up the pre-made meals here, but it makes healthy eating really easy. The food is creative and high-quality and makes a lovely change from having to cook all of the time. I've bought food here almost every week for six months and have never had an issues.
