Perhaps it was an off day but.... I ordered off the GF menu which has a lot to choose from. The waitress was really good about the safety of the food. Anyways I ordered the chicken parm sandwich with a side salad. The salad came out and after 2 bites I noticed a crouton. I always ask to make sure they are GF and the waitress gasped and said “they put croutons in your salad?” Needless to say they were not GF, I was extremely disappointed
Owner is sane as Burton’s grill. And has relative with celiac. Manager was knowledgeable down to using purple utensils for cooking, using separate sauces etc...and they self tested their gluten free pizza after using shared oven ( even though on gf pans ) and due to its high 800 degree temperature no gluten detected!
