I have been eating at Ewa‘s for years. It is always fresh and delicious. Staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free, but I emphasize it several times, because occasionally it has slipped through.

Delicious food with lots of gluten free options. The waitress knew the menu well- the fried tofu is the only non-gf protein. Choose your spice level 1-5. I’m very sensitive and had no issues

Trying to find a place Christmas night, sense we don’t celebrate Xmas. This place was hopping and service did an amazing job and the food was outstanding- highly recommend this place but if landing on a holiday get a reservation which will help. I’m gluten free due to celiac and get the Pad Thai noodle dish (wow)!!

Staff was great help with the menu, and the cuisine was phenomenal. I am extreme celiac, so it was a pleasure to find somebody that could cater to us 💞💞

Their gf spring rolls and gf Pad Thai are really good. I keep going back. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great experience although the GF options are somewhat limited compared to many thai restaurants only the pad thai can be made GF, no other noosle dishes. I enjoyed some spring rolls and the green curry.

Only a few GF items on the menu but server was very knowledgeable about cc and celiac. Recommended the steamed tofu not fried which I knew but was reassuring staff knew as well. I got the Hawaiian curry with steamed tofu and it was delicious!

I have pad Thai twice a week normally, and this was the WORST pad Thai I have ever had i honestly was shocked

I have celiac disease and this place is absolutely fantastic. Definitely the BEST pad thai I’ve ever had. The Gluten Free items are clearly marked on the menu and have a great selection! The portion sizes are also very generous and the staff was lovely. Honestly there were so many GF options and the food was so good that I can’t wait to go back!

Very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They will give fresh tofu instead of fried or steamed (due to cc). I’ve eaten here several times now and haven’t been CC’d (and I’m sensitive, celiac).

Did not get sick. yeah!, but food was only so so.

Ewa’s is our go-to Thai in town, we like the pad thai, fresh spring rolls (you can ask for gf and they’ll skip the fried tofu), chicken satay, curries. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating- and the food is great!

Best GF pineapple fried rice. They say it tastes different when ordering, but I think it is great.

It was ok. This food is not very filling (considering you’re eating rice noodles). The quality was great. I need to go eat again after leaving.

The server was knowledgeable about gf requirements. She noted my gf requirements for the kitchen crew. The food was good. No Celiac issues - did not make me sick. Menu items were clearly marked as gf. I would recommend their restaurant if you have celiac’s.

Great gluten free selections. We had vegetable fried rice and shrimp pad Thai. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable!

The staff was very knowledgeable about all of the ingredients and allergy information as I am also allergic to seafood. The food was made to order and the green curry was out of this world!

The menu indicates gluten free items. The fried rice was not marked gluten free on the menu but they were willing to make it gf for me.
