Was passing through the area and so glad we got off the highway to go! The quiche was very good - loved the crust. The red velvet cake was good - cake was a little dry, but frosting was yummy. The lemon donut was delicious!!!! I wish I could go back just for that. Was super disappointed that they were out of poptarts, but was told those go quickly. Definitely a great place for Celiacs!

Amazing gluten free bakery. A must do if in Fort Collins! Try the snickerdoodle cookies, the focaccia, and the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is a bit sweet. If they could use cream cheese frosting it would cut down on that. The owner is a gem. Everyone that works there is super helpful and happy.

SO pleasantly surprised here. Everything is Celiac friendly, it even says it on the permanent menu on the wall. Normally I go to dedicated places and think “oh this is great for gluten free” but this place is just great for food in general. The coffee was super good, muffins were amazing and the FOCACCIA 😍 We got the oregano and salt one and the caprese with balsamic glaze. So satisfying and crispy and perfect, it was nice to have a savory option that was warm. I miss them already…

Please stop whatever you’re doing and just go there now.

This is by far the best bakery I've ever been to for someone with celiac. The taste, texture, smell, quality was so outstanding. My favorite was the Expresso brownie warmed with ice cream and the cinnamon roll. My friend who doesn't have an allergy said she couldn't tell that it was gluten free at all which is a huge compliment. The staff was so friendly and kind if I'm ever in town again I will definitely go again!

Explorado is a must if you’re Celiac or gluten free! They have delicious sweets such as cinnamon rolls, donuts, cookies, and more. They even have GF focaccia which you NEVER see as someone who’s GF. The owners are incredibly kind people too, really make the environment welcoming. So happy to finally have a place like this in FOCO.

Finally a Celiac-friendly place in town! I have a very severe gluten allergy with my Celiacs and I can assure you this place is not only safe but absolutely delicious! The champion bars, donuts, and focaccia bread are some of my favorites. I am so thankful to have found this place. The owners are super sweet, and really care about their customers.

Great tasting and is completely safe for celiacs cause there is no gluten in the store so my whole family can enjoy it here. They also have dairy free and keto options for diabetics.
