GF pastries to die for and so many options 🤤 Also the vibes are normal/popular coffee shop vibes not hole in the wall gluten free bakery vibes (which most are tbh). Awesome place all around, definitely recommend!

Amazing bakery and coffee shop in Old Town Fort Collins! Everything is gluten free and there were many dairy free options. The focaccia bread was phenomenal and the chocolate chip pumpkin muffin was moist and rich. I was given a free mini strawberry donut and it had a heavy strawberry flavor without much taste to the cake.

We went there hoping to eat lunch. Great GF and DF pastries, including donuts, as others have noted. However this is primarily a pastry and coffee shop. They have very few “real” food options. We loaded up on pastries for later but had our lunch elsewhere.

I was SO EXCITED about this place because it was my first fully gf restaurant since my celiac diagnosis, but it did not live up to the hype and was over priced. The gal that served us was also not super friendly.
The coffee was fine, I’ve had better gf donuts, and the quiche was just alright!
I may go again simply because of the safety it offers, but not because of the quality or taste.

The food is SOOOOO good!!!!!!!! I love all the options, staff is so nice and helpful. It’s a great place for breakfast and they have a very cute and clean sitting area all in all it’s a very cute shop and I would recommend!

Went in to check out their bakery selection…everything pastry-wise is GF!! Wowie wow wow. They had donuts, muffins, brownies, cinnamon bites. I got a vanilla donut and it was yummy—softer consistency but yum! My donut was about $4. Highly recommend if you want a GF treat.

I love Explorado Market so much! It’s such a cute spot and everything is delicious. I appreciate immensely that everything is GF and safe for us to eat. 🥰🥰🥰 10/10 recommend this place. Pro tip: It’s open mostly as a brunch option but they stay open late for winter holidays.

This place is a must visit when you are in Fort Collins! 100% gluten free and all their food is yummy. I love their ham quiche with balsamic drizzle (they have a veggie one too), all flavors of focaccia, the donuts, cookies, and muffins. Really, it is all great! Their signature sodas (the Butterbeer is my fav) and lattes are delicious. I am not a fan of chai but my husband loves it and says they have the best in FoCo.

All Gluten! I ate here and did not get sick. I had the donuts, focaccia, cookies, and one of their signature sodas. I wanted to eat even more everything was so delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable. Excellent food and service.

All items are GF. We ordered the ham and broccoli quiche, espresso brownie and the focaccia. They were all very good. The staff is courteous. It has relaxed coffee shop atmosphere.

Was passing through the area and so glad we got off the highway to go! The quiche was very good - loved the crust. The red velvet cake was good - cake was a little dry, but frosting was yummy. The lemon donut was delicious!!!! I wish I could go back just for that. Was super disappointed that they were out of poptarts, but was told those go quickly. Definitely a great place for Celiacs!

Amazing gluten free bakery. A must do if in Fort Collins! Try the snickerdoodle cookies, the focaccia, and the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is a bit sweet. If they could use cream cheese frosting it would cut down on that. The owner is a gem. Everyone that works there is super helpful and happy.

SO pleasantly surprised here. Everything is Celiac friendly, it even says it on the permanent menu on the wall. Normally I go to dedicated places and think “oh this is great for gluten free” but this place is just great for food in general. The coffee was super good, muffins were amazing and the FOCACCIA 😍 We got the oregano and salt one and the caprese with balsamic glaze. So satisfying and crispy and perfect, it was nice to have a savory option that was warm. I miss them already…
Please stop whatever you’re doing and just go there now.

This is by far the best bakery I've ever been to for someone with celiac. The taste, texture, smell, quality was so outstanding. My favorite was the Expresso brownie warmed with ice cream and the cinnamon roll. My friend who doesn't have an allergy said she couldn't tell that it was gluten free at all which is a huge compliment. The staff was so friendly and kind if I'm ever in town again I will definitely go again!

Explorado is a must if you’re Celiac or gluten free! They have delicious sweets such as cinnamon rolls, donuts, cookies, and more. They even have GF focaccia which you NEVER see as someone who’s GF. The owners are incredibly kind people too, really make the environment welcoming. So happy to finally have a place like this in FOCO.

Finally a Celiac-friendly place in town! I have a very severe gluten allergy with my Celiacs and I can assure you this place is not only safe but absolutely delicious! The champion bars, donuts, and focaccia bread are some of my favorites. I am so thankful to have found this place. The owners are super sweet, and really care about their customers.
