Yes they have a “designated” fryer and yes they have gluten free options but this place is not safe for anyone who is extremely intolerant or celiacs. I ate there , had confusion over what is and isn’t gluten (had to get my food re made), can’t blame the staff though not their job to be nutritionist. Long story short I was extremely sick and had to spend the rest of my day at home and missed work.
