Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis North/Blaine

I stayed here and was worried about the breakfast. But it worked out! There was fruit, protein (eggs and sausage), some gluten-free cold cereals, and Udi gluten-free muffins. There is not a dedicated toasted or microwave though.
