I am celiac and was excited to go to this little gem. I picked up an ice cream stick, some cookies, an apple turnover, a brownie and 2 cinnamon buns that could be cooked later. They sell their GF food items in a separate space at the front of the store. They use a shared community kitchen but use all of their own bakeware, utensils and packaging. So no risk or little risk of cross contamination. Only shared items are the counters - no one else cooks while they are there- and the stoves. They did say that they will be moving to their own space in Hamilton this summer. Baked goods are excellent and deserve a 5 but will only get a 3 as the kitchen is a community kitchen so potential risk of cc. Keep in mind no other food is cooked while they prepare and cook gluten free as per staff person.
