This is a combo restaurant - it’s shared with Texas T-Bone Steakhouse (same owners, same dining room). The new owners are making a big effort to improve GF offerings.
We had the best service here! Unprompted, Mark (manager) came out to discuss GF needs and to assure me they would take care to ensure no cross-contamination. He described the safety precautions and talked with me about sauces (sauce served with my food is GF, bottled sauces on the table are not), the GF bread, etc. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring!
Currently there are no dedicated fryers, and this is clearly indicated on the GF menu.
I ordered off of the GF BBQ menu (next time I’ll order off of the steakhouse menu), and the food was very good.
100% recommend!!!
When I asked about a gluten free menu at the front the person laughed and said "we have nothing" The server did direct me to online to their allergen menu. There is very few options for celiac and all bbq sauces are a no go. The server did great working with me on what could happen and not and showed me all the notes in the pos system. If you are going for kind and friendly service (albeit slow) it is great. You can have the naked ribs and naked brisket.
Absolutely nothing is gluten free here. No bbq sauce, no roasted chicken unless you peel off the skin, no ribs, no brisket, no pork. NOT SAFE for celiacs at all. If u think it’s safe it’s not
Seen somewhere that they had Gluten Free options . But not really unless u want your meat with no flavour !!! Was not impressed with this place .
