Review of Farmhaus Burger

This was the first place I tried as a celiac, and I called before coming to ask all the questions. The lady on the phone understood what I was going through and promised me they would keep me safe. I’ve enjoyed many meals there since. Ordering take out can be a little dicey. They do not label the takeout containers which ones are GF, and unless you recognize the bun, you don’t know. They do have a dedicated fryer. One time my takeout glutened me. I have no idea if it was cross contamination or if I got the wrong fries, but we picked it up at a very busy time on a Saturday. My mistake. I do wish they would wrap their GF burgers and package their GF fries in different colors from their non-GF. It would give me a lot more confidence in their take-out orders to automatically know people handling my food knew it needed to be handled for a celiac...and which burger belongs to me.
