My son and his family love the regular pizza here so I was glad to see they offer a gluten free cauliflower crust so I could join them. As far as gluten free pizza goes, it was about average. They are knowledgeable about gluten and try to avoid cross contamination.

Love this place. They have a great gluten free crust. The staff is wonderful and understanding about gluten allergies and that it's not just a life style for my daughter.

Gluten Intolerant

While Farelli’s will be fine for people who are merely gluten intolerant, it is not safe for those with Celiac’s. The gluten-free pizza dough is good, but they bake it on the same oven as their regular flour pizzas. If you are intolerant but don’t have to worry about cross-contamination, this is a good place to go.

I ate here twice in the past month and to my surprise the bread isn't completely GF. It's delicious but not safe for celiacs. Might have to settle for a salad next time.

I am not a person to usually write a review but my experience here was horrible. The glutenfree options are limited and even the items that said were glutenfree friendly was not available, which was upsetting because I chose the restaurant based off it being glutenfree friendly. Plus the waiter didn't listen to my order and I had to chase him down only to find out I couldn't have what I ordered anyways. I ended up with the Chop Chop salad and the chicken was burnt to a tar . The whole experience left me angry and wanting to leave as soon as possible. Since I have celiac I react quickly, and barely made it home before I was sick and needed a restroom. Basically if you can't eat gluten DON'T GO HERE!

While I appreciate the effort that Farelli's went to when adding a gf pizza crust to the menu, it's not my favorite. The pizza always comes out very dry, even when we order extra sauce.

The gluten free pizza was good and the non-gluten free chicken Parmesan was also tasty.

A friend said her cousin with celiac came here all the time when we visited, and my dad knew a coworker who assured me it was safe. Sure enough, I said “gluten free crust” and had barely started the “celiac means no contamination” speech when the waitress told me she could mark it as specifically celiac and it would get the attention it needed! Sure enough, good pizza and no reaction. My needs were very well seen at this location. Online ordering worked great, as well.

After safely visiting the Ruston location for lunch last month, we stopped into the Silverdale location last week. It was a bit busier than our visit to Ruston, but the server was still knowledgeable and I was able to get a custom GF pizza and have no reaction afterward. I tried the herbed olive oil instead of the red sauce and I think I'll go back to original--the cauliflower crust was too overpowering without the red sauce to cover it up. (It was a nice crispy crust though.) No reaction afterward--we'll be back again.

We met up with friends for lunch a couple weeks ago after the Stack 571 nearby decided to open later than Google Maps said they'd open. It was a good swap though--we were the only patrons in the place for most of our time there and had an awesome server who knew all about Celiac disease, how everything was prepared, how safe it would be. (She said they prepared the pizzas in a separate part of the kitchen with separate utensils/trays. She even moved the pizza stand for our friends' gluten-containing pizza as far away from me as it would reasonably go to avoid any crumbs heading my direction. Very thoughtful.) I didn't have a reaction afterward and the pizza was great, esp. for a caulipower crust, which aren't my favorite. We'll definitely be back!

Great experience! Staff know about celiacs! They have a separate cauliflower crust (for personal size pizza only) to use was able to prep pizza on their own pans and use separate pizza cutters as well. Over all quite impressed!

The food was okay and they do have gluten-free. However, it was about an hour until my family got served and the knowledge on gluten-free was very limited. When I told them my daughter and I were celiac he asked me "what can we eat?". I don't think we will be coming back but I am grateful for any restaurant that trys to serve gluten free food.
