Staff is very friendly, “normal” pizza the rest of the family says is great. HOWEVER, this is a gluten-free review. We did take out on a gluten-free pizza which was so bad that we actually threw it away. So, gluten-free? Order a salad NO CROUTONS!
Farelli's has always been my go to hangout spot! They always have a few GF beers available and great GF pasta. I am not sure if they are "celiac friendly" as I just have an intolerance to gluten. Sometimes their pizza affects me, and sometimes it doesn't.
Gluten-free crust from Still Riding Pizza
After safely visiting the Ruston location for lunch last month, we stopped into the Silverdale location last week. It was a bit busier than our visit to Ruston, but the server was still knowledgeable and I was able to get a custom GF pizza and have no reaction afterward. I tried the herbed olive oil instead of the red sauce and I think I'll go back to original--the cauliflower crust was too overpowering without the red sauce to cover it up. (It was a nice crispy crust though.) No reaction afterward--we'll be back again.

We met up with friends for lunch a couple weeks ago after the Stack 571 nearby decided to open later than Google Maps said they'd open. It was a good swap though--we were the only patrons in the place for most of our time there and had an awesome server who knew all about Celiac disease, how everything was prepared, how safe it would be. (She said they prepared the pizzas in a separate part of the kitchen with separate utensils/trays. She even moved the pizza stand for our friends' gluten-containing pizza as far away from me as it would reasonably go to avoid any crumbs heading my direction. Very thoughtful.) I didn't have a reaction afterward and the pizza was great, esp. for a caulipower crust, which aren't my favorite. We'll definitely be back!

My son and his family love the regular pizza here so I was glad to see they offer a gluten free cauliflower crust so I could join them. As far as gluten free pizza goes, it was about average. They are knowledgeable about gluten and try to avoid cross contamination.

Great experience! Staff know about celiacs! They have a separate cauliflower crust (for personal size pizza only) to use was able to prep pizza on their own pans and use separate pizza cutters as well. Over all quite impressed!

The food was okay and they do have gluten-free. However, it was about an hour until my family got served and the knowledge on gluten-free was very limited. When I told them my daughter and I were celiac he asked me "what can we eat?". I don't think we will be coming back but I am grateful for any restaurant that trys to serve gluten free food.
