My organization got catering from them for an event and they did not accommodate my gluten free or dairy free needs. Our staff explained my needs very clearly and were under the impression that this caterer was good about gluten free issues but when the food arrived nothing was ever labeled as gluten free and the delivery staff was unable to verify ingredients or practices taken to limit cross contamination. The vegan option (dairy free) was delivered with a gluten filled cookie on top. This was the day after I already explained my needs in person. They made no effort to confirm their practices with the kitchen or ensure careful preparation and told me I probably shouldn’t eat the food. There is nothing wrong with explaining the limitations of your kitchen but I was not pleased that our staff explained these needs far in advance and they did not communicate this earlier on. We probably would not have hired them if this was the case.
