The server kept repeating that their kitchen is not gluten free. Since my wife has a gluten sensitivity and not celiacs we were ok with that. When I asked the server to ask the chef what exactly was in a certain dressing she just repeated that the kitchen is not gluten free and that if we choose to eat there it’s at our own risk. We left rather then take a chance.

Many options to modify menu, delicious food, knowledgeable staff. It’s a small venue so make a reservation and go on a weekday.

The food was delicious. They made a vegetarian taco for me and didn't use the lava sauce that normally comes on a taco because it contained some soy sauce. The only problem was that on one side of me there was a woman loudly airing the dirty laundry of everyone she knew (I learned more about the marriages of her "friends" than I know about my own family members), and on the other side a scantily-clad beach goer had some cheeks hanging out right at eye level. With nowhere to turn, lunch was a little bit awkward, and we didn't stay as long as we otherwise would have.

Fat Kahuna bar & grill is located at 8 Minuteman CSWY in Cocoa Beach. They serve a Gluten Free bottled beer and grilled to order Polynesian themed food. Fills up quickly.
