Saving grace for Celiac in Flagstaff! The pizza was so delicious and they take Celiac seriously. Pizza cooked in its own pan. I think it rivals any gluten crust! Well done Fat Olive’s! They have GF pasta as well and said they can accommodate allergy with most dishes. I think we ate there 4 nights in a row on vacation because it was safe, delicious and many options! We walked out of other restaurants that couldn’t accommodate us. Very disappointed in Flagstaff’s Celiac friendly options. Thank goodness for Fat Olive’s!

Fabulous pizza! And salad. Cooked on separate pan (same oven). A great crust, not super thin like basic store-bought that some restaurants offer. Felt very safe and did not get sick (am celiac). Make reservation as they book up quickly!

Fat Olives is one of my favorite restaurants ever. I could get a handmade, REAL gluten free pizza. It was amazing! They prepare the gf pizzas separately from their authentic Neapolitan pizzas. I had no cross contamination symptoms. We also had the burrata as an appetizer. Wow! Their house made Italian soda is a must have too, IMHO. We also shared the chocolate mousse. Wow, the whole meal was a special treat! We'll be back when we return to Flagstaff.

Staff were very knowledgeable about GF and adjusted a few things to make my pizza gluten free. The Alfredo is not gluten free. It was substituted with cheese on my pizza. Good food. They also offer gluten free pasta with red sauce.

I got the GF side salad with house dressing, GF pasta bolognese and GF chocolate mousse. Everything was Delicious!!! Also, great service!

No negative side effects. We were so glad we had a reservation because there wad a line at the door.

Order a GF pizza and salad. The pizza was delicious. Its a homemade crust vs the usual Udi's which is a nice change. They do have a seperare area for the pizzas. We will eat here again. As a tip make a reservation this place is packed on the weekend.

The restaurant did a great job at accommodation of our gluten allergies - they were well informed, took measures to prevent cross contamination, and verified the gluten allergy multiple times. That's said the Gluten free pasta wasn't good. We try to manage our expectations with gluten-free pasta meals but the reviews were so good that we had hoped for better, the pasta was mushy and grainy. The pasta was sauced to lightly, and had very little meat. We all left that meal a little sad and disappointed.

I have wanted to try Fat Olives ever since we started visiting Flag on a regular basis. We should have gotten here years ago! Excellent local family restaurant right on Rte 66. Easy to get here from hotels on Huntinton. We custom ordered a GF pizza (Di fungi w added avodada sausage and pepperoni), and it was incredible! Lane was a good server, food was excellent, good GF options, prices were pretty reasonable for the ambiance and authenticity. Just so you know, the GF crust was cracker thin. We loved it, but it might not be for all. It didn't taste like cauliflower or corn. Super amazing!

We read great reviews but definitely didn’t feel well after leaving. A couple of celiacs with different entrees too. The server wasn’t really sure what would be safe and what wouldn’t be. They were out of most things and we went early. I think it would be fine for people avoiding gluten for something other then celiac.

We did takeout - Ok non-GF pizza. But the GF pizza was not enjoyed by my daughter who has celiac, although there was no evidence of cross contamination. I enjoyed the salad so depends what you are going for.

My husband and I ordered two lemon drop cocktails which were very good - not too sweet. I am gluten free dairy free and chose the gluten free pizza with pepperoni and fennel sausage, no cheese. The waitress was helpful in helping with gf df choices . GF pasta was available but the only dairy free topping that would have been available was plain marinara, so I opted for the pizza. There were a couple appetizers on the menu that were gf, including roasted vegetables. Daiya (nondairy) cheese is available but I don't care for the texture of Daiya. My husband and a gluten free crust pizza which was one of the specialties. The crust was great! Probably one of the best we have had in the 12 years of being gf. Crisp and thin. The toppings and sauce were delicious so I didn't miss the cheese.

Delicious GF options but waitress had to double check a few items. They accidentally brought me regular noodles which they quickly replaced, but only because I asked them if they were GF. Make sure to double check the order.

I can't believe it ! Wow I just ordered from here and got a gluten-free pizza 🍕 It was fast and the staff and I shared some laughs and then I got in the car and tired it and I must say wow! That was gluten-free ? It was one of the best pizzas I've had ! I switched to gluten-free cause my love has celiac and I don't eat it so she has no worries . Great pizza!

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The waitress was very knowledgable of what I could & could not have & service was speedy. Would recommend 100%!

Had a great gluten free vege pizza. They can do all their pizzas gluten free.

The food was great and our waitress was fanstastic. I have an almond allergy in addition to Celiac, and she knew the ingredients of their gluten free crust. The pizza I ordered had a white Alfredo sauce on it. When I ordered it, she asked if it was an allergy or a preference. When I said I had Celiac, she said that the Alfredo sauce had wheat in it and they would make an alternate version of the pizza for me. It was an excellent Celiac dining out experience!

While visiting flagstaff Az. I saw the reviews for fat olive so I thought I would try it. Well in short they poisoned me! I asked for a gluten free menu and was very clear with the waitress that I had celiacs. I was enjoying my pizza and when the waitress came to check on me I told her how good my "gluten free" pizza was she told me she had given me a me a wheat pizza. So now I will be very sick because of there carelessness.
