Really great. Just ordered the patty without the bun. We had our own bun and thought we would just put the patty on the bun ourselves. As soon as they knew my son was celiac they changed gloves and assured us that if we wanted them to toast the bun on the grill they would and it would be free from cross contamination as nothing but the 100% pure beef patties are grilled on the one side.

I always go here (and to other fatburgers) for a burger. They have a lettuce wrapped option and I’ve only felt a bit cross contaminated once.
The fries aren’t dedicated gluten free but when I’ve had a few in the past I’m usually okay.
The staff are really nice about being careful with cross contamination just make sure to tell them.
Online they have a gluten free menu available which is nice for thinking about your order ahead of time.

Very tasty lettuce wrapped burger. Knowledgeable staff to explain the fries would be cross-contaminated, and then asked me to confirm the topings are okay. Only rated 4 stars for no safe sides other than salad (which I don't get at a burger joint)

I ordered a gluten free burger on DoorDash and they gave me a regular bun. I got very sick. I do not recommend ordering online, maybe if I went in person I could have ensured it was gluten free.

Ordered a lettuce wrapped burger with no cheese. The gentleman was knowledgeable and cleaned the grill and changed his gloves when preparing my burger. The fryer is not dedicated but he told me right away that I could not have fries. The burger was delicious.
