Not sure if the change is due to covid, however, as of today the staff at Fatberger state: no dedicated fryer, so no fries. Buns and meat cooked on same grill and use the same utensils.
Both my children and I are very sensitive/reactive to gluten. so when I found fat burger on here and read reviews of a dedicated fryer and gluten free buns I was extatic. we are on vacation and it's so hard to find restaurants that offer this. however,upon ordering they informed me that when the one fryer goes down they cook breaded chicken in the "gluten free dedicated " fryer, which then obviously contaminates it. my 7 yr old and 9 yr old were very bummed we didn't get to have fries. we did get our gf burgers though and here's to hoping gloves were changed and we don't get glutened. for the sake of the rest of our trip. in Laughlin NV. .
Dedicated fryer for French fries. Udi's buns available. Burger cooked separate from buns which are toasted. Make sure they don't toast the Udi's bun.

NO GF options here. Personally I have found all of Vegas terrible for GF options and have sat watching my family eat many meals whilst here
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with gf bun and sweet potato fries. Had a reaction but not sure from what. I’d be careful here.
Fries not GF. According to the counter person they are fried in same oil as onion rings. No separate prep area and despite only being open 30 minutes, the buns and crumbs next to the grill are concerning for a celiac.
Waitress was knowledge about what was Gluten-free.
I ordered the king burger with cheese and without any dressings (Lettuce etc). Thr gluten-free bun is an additional $3 but this is the tastiest GF burger bun I've ever had it was super soft and quite large in size! I also had sweet potato fries which were insanely delicious!

I was starving on rt 15 through rural PA when we made a gas stop at the Exxon on rt 14. There was a subway (no gf roll), a yogurt place (closed until warmer weather) and a Fat Burger. Huge win!!! Thank you Fat Burger! I was thrilled to see they had gf buns. I ordered an original Fat Burger and it was delicious!!! The bun was soft and not crumbly. Fries are made in a shared fryer for the less sensitive non-celiacs. Happy tummy.
