I got very sick after eating here. There were regular noodles mixed in with my gluten free noodles. I don’t think they take gluten free very seriously here.
Best to call or speak to Manager for gluten-free request. We did call and then ordered takeout via DoorDash with Gluten-free request in Special Instructions. Ordered Cashew Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein, both Gluten-free. Very good although heavy on onions and cabbage. Would order again
Everything is flash fried in the same fryer as gluten items. All you can get is a grilled chicken breast :(

Do not eat here if you need to eat gluten free. Waiters will help with gluten preferences but it’s hard to get anything here that’s not soaked in gluten.
No gluten free menu but the staff is well trained. Tell them what you need and your server will tell you the options. Each dish is made when ordered. No beef or pork dishes because they are marinated But there are a LOT of veggie, chicken and fish options. They have gluten free tamari and rice noodles available. My food was fabulous - I had Kung Pao chicken and garlic green beans.
