The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free. The owners are both celiac and they take many precautions to serve safe food and to make the customers feel comfortable. They have a dedicated fryer and they have round/oval plates and red basics for gluten-free food. All of the other plates or rectangular and/or black. When restaurants do this, it always makes me feel better about being served the correct food.
