This place is hands down the best gluten free dining experience I have ever had. The owner is celiac and very passionate about providing a safe gluten free option telling us that he understand and doesn't want anyone to have to deal with the fear of eating at a restaurant. Everything but the pretzel and bread was gluten free. Gluten free buns are available (and very good!) and they also have a dedicated fryer. They even make gluten free fried chicken bites! The gluten free and gluten dishes are served on different plates to differentiate them. In fact, the entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable about both food and drinks and super super friendly.
