Hands down the best GF parpadelle pasta I have ever had. I had it with the rabbit ragu, and my wife with the duck sauce. unreal. very helpful on all other things GF and also DF. Our only issue was they did not seem pleased that our 11yr old boy was with us. Not a kid friendly place, but the pasta was worth it.
The quality of ingredients and level of preparation would inspire me to not even bother with the gluten free pastas, given the frequency of gf pasta being awful. Here however it is a revelation. As are many of the desserts. And the cookies. Oh my. Worth the price!
