My husband and I attended one of their intimate tasting event and have solidified our return in the future. The food was nothing short of amazing and the staff were so kind and warm to all of the diners in attendance. My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease almost two years ago and we are always incredibly leery of where we eat and how our requests are received by restaurant staff. While I made sure to specify his dietary restrictions in our reservation, no one batted an eye when I reiterated it again on arrival. In fact, the chef made it a point to share that a family member of his also has celiac. His passion for food and his diners was truly reflected in our meal, and the kindness of the staff made what typically seems to be a burdening request to be the most minor adjustment. We will be back and highly recommend Fhima's!
