Update 5/5/17 : One of the original owners has left the business and it feels completely different. They've changed the decor, the music, and the food wasn't as good. My steak wasn't cooked to temp, and I've never had such overcooked asparagus. The atmosphere used to feel family friendly, now it seems more hipster-club, including light house lounge music. The hostess didn't smile, and while we've had the waiter before and he was very nice...it doesn't seem like a happy atmosphere anymore. I think we're done, the food just wasn't super good. I've heard they lost their best chef. Which makes me sad, but it just wasn't enjoyable. **ORIGINAL Review: Been here twice now. one of the clearest labeled menus I've seen here in the Midwest, with tons of options including fried foods! ALL of their fried items are gluten free. I highly recommend their fried fiddlehead appetizer, seemed weird, but now its one of my favorite options. It is not an entirely gf kitchen, but their staff is extremely conscious of dietary restrictions, and our waitress was also gluten intolerant. they also have several dessert options and they were the best I've had in a really really long time. Felt totally safe here, even with a party of 12. Highly recommend!
