This place is fantastic at accommodating guests with celiac. I can’t say enough good things about it. We had breakfast every morning at Penisula Restaurant (there is also Villa del mar which is as good!). Their manager Oscar Rendón was amazing and so were the chefs Agustin and Gibran and every server we met! They provided our celiac boy with sweet GF corn muffins, pancakes and toast (with bacon and scrambled eggs that they prepared in the kitchen just for him to avoid cc). Since we had brought plenty of our own GF bread, they made him delicious french toast as well. For lunch they had many options including nachos, GF pizzas, tacos, quesadillas, wings and hamburgers. All of the restaurants had GF options as well. My advice is that you always let the chefs know that you have celiac. On Tuesday night, there is always a Mexican buffet with local food, mariachis and dancers. We asked for help and they sent as this chef that helped us through every station. It was good experience although there was probably some sort of cross contamination. Anyway, always let everybody know about your dietary needs in advance. Cabos is not gluten free wonderland. I was told that they import everything from the US. Just give them plenty notice and leave a tip to these amazing and hard working people!
