Staff was pretty knowledgeable, but be sure to ask questions. Chips & guacamole and nachos are on the gf menu, but after asking, I found out they are made in a shared fryer. Our waitress pointed that out when I was asking questions, and when I asked about kitchen practices, she made sure to talk to the kitchen and assured that gf items were prepared separately.
Good food. Staff is knowledgeable about gluten, many gf options, never had issues after eating here. Only negative is there's no dedicated fryer so tortilla chips are out if you are sensitive like me.
