This restaurant was rather flippant with my gluten free needs. I called at an off peak time to ask questions about their menu. I spoke to a woman who did not seem to understand my questions and was laughing/coming up with answers on the fly. I then spoke to the chef who had much more info, but seemed confounded by gluten free restrictions/uninformed about cross contamination. I apologized for my questions, and explained that I like to call at times when businesses aren’t as busy, to which he replied I’m busy right now. There are likely a lot of GF options, but I wouldn’t trust them to take my dietary restrictions seriously.
