Hands down the best and most gluten free options ever in Ellicottville. The owner spoke to us directly as they take the gluten free situation very serious as his daughter is celiac.. Its nice having options other than just pizza. They use a separate fryer and workspace. All the items on the menu that can be made gluten free are labeled GF. Definitely try it out, you will not be disappointed. They also do not charge extra for substitute gf.
