We just had a really lovely experience at Fiola’s happy hour. My daughter has Celiac Disease (asymptomatic) and from the time we arrived everyone seemed aware of her dietary needs. The host and waiter told the chef and they were very amenable and understanding and had great suggestions about what could and couldn’t be eaten. They have gluten free pasta and bread. The waiter offered my daughter GF bread - it was sliced toast) which they brought out in a toast caddy. It was delicious and she was so pleased. She then ordered GF Caccio e Pepe, which was delicious. They told us that they were taking all the necessary precautions in the kitchen - changing gloves, using fresh water for her pasta, etc. I’m confident they did a good very good job. It was a fine dining experience that didn’t take a hit because it was also GF. Very grateful that we were able to have that experience.

Amazing! Great food. Super careful about cross contamination (even brought me my own butter because they were so concerned about it)
