Had a good dinner here. Service was a little slow. They were understaffed but still good. Food was excellent. Mongolian bowl style but I’m asymptotic so I’ll neverknow but if you can handle these types of places go for it. They cooked both my bowls in the back which made me a whole lot more comfortable. 2 sauces were clearly marked gluten free. Glad I went.

Server was very helpful. Walked me through what was gf and what sauces I could have. Cooked my food in separate part of the kitchen! Excellent service and food!

Very knowledgeable staff. Rosa the hostess understood my condition and reassured me that they had gluten free options and a dedicated cooking area in the back to prevent cross contamination. She was extremely helpful and would highly recommend if in the Tahoe area. Great food and excellent survive and vibe.

Staff was very knowledgeable, my food was cooked separately in the back and everything was labeled.
food was brought to the back for a specific gf grill.
Skip the pasta and go for the sweet potatoes if you are suffering. They are very considerate if gluten allergies do your food is cooked separately in a different kitchen. Difficult for the food to be bad when you choose your ingredients. The waiter mentioned staying away from the seasoned meats since the ingredients are not listed but the sauces were fine.

I have celiac disease and I came here for one of my friends birthday party's. When I arrived the waiter asked if anyone has allergies I said I had a gluten allergy and she gave me a slip of paper with my allergy information. When you sit there's a bowl at your seat. You take the bowl full it up and then the chefs cook it. However, my problem was in order to get the food you had to go through a buffet, there was a rice and pasta buffet which I skipped for fear of cross contamination, a meat buffet and a vegetable buffet (with breaded eggplant). The 2 reasons I ate here was because I was absolutely starving and because they had separate serving utensils for every bun so there wouldn't have been cross contamination there. It was really good but u don't know if I would go again just because I am concerned about how safe it is. I didn't have any problems but I feel like there's definitely a risk eating there.
Very few options for allergy safe foods. They try and mark things well but it is all stored in the same areas. They offer to cook food in back instead of on hot top, otherwise everything is cooked on the same surface. Not cleaned off, just scraped off between cookings.
