Excellent food the 1st few times we went! And Lots of gf options. But after a few times going we started to have a variation in the quality of the food. Including my daughter get my sick the day after so not sure we’d go back now.

Wow! Super impressed. Had chicken and waffles bowl. I’m so happy I came here. Food was flavorful and so many options I couldn’t even decide.

I have celiac disease in addition to 6 allergens; Fire and Spice Bistro did an amazing job making me delicious, flavorful food that was completely safe for me. I was staying in Portsmouth but drove a few extra minutes to have dinner and brunch here; it was well worth it! Fire and Spice has a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere while doing a great job with service in general and are especially good at managing food allergies. Plus, my food was soooo good! I will definitely be back here next time I’m nearby and I highly recommend it!

We will absolutely be back. Food was amazing. Staff was great and we had a wonderful time. I hade the chicken and waffles and my husband had the shrimp risotto. Both GF and fabulous

The owner is gluten intolerant. They have a separate fryolator. I had the fish and chips and my husband had fried chicken with gravy and corn bread. All of it was gluten free! The portions are very large and the food was amazing. The owner and the wait staff are super nice. We had such a great experience.

They had so many options! Pretty much everything on their menu can be made gluten free.

They just opened yesterday and we ate there for breakfast today. The options for GF were amazing! I ordered pancakes with a few different sides and it was all phenomenal! My boyfriend is not gluten free, and had a bite of my pancakes and was shocked at how good they were! This is one of my new favorites in town and I will definitely be back!
