Good Gluten Free pizza! They also have GF desserts, have yet to taste them!
I have Celiac, and they really understand and take consideration of allergies/dietary restrictions. I got a 50/50 GF pizza. I was excited to try two different flavors and they were both delicious!
I'm celiac and eat the pizza here weekly. Definitely feel comfortable - I just explain that I'm celiac and ask them to do a "clean cut" with new utensils. Love it here!

Nearly everything on the menu can be made GF. Lots of options to include a ton of desserts! I ordered the jalapeño poppers, Chicken BLT sandwich, and chocolate mint cookie sundae. All was fantastic!
I got the GF Tartufo pizza. SO GOOD. The crust was chewy and tasty. Very well made and they take precautions for allergies.
I had the calzone and it was very good!! I ordered via Uber Eats so I was concerned about not being able to communicate about cross contamination (I’m celiac), but it was very tasty and I did not get sick. I saw they had GF pizza crust options but I wasn’t sure how they prepared/cooked it so that’s the only reason I skipped trying the pizza.
Amazing pizza crust, my mom and I are both allergic and we get gluten free spinach dip, pizza and subs all the time! So good!
Vegan and gluten free pizza and menu options. Best place for a delicious pie. They have GF beer and GF cider too.
This was the first GF calzone I’ve had in my time of being GF and I could’ve cried it was so good. We were in town for the weekend and even went back the next day to get lunch... everything was amazing and I would 100% recommend!! The waitress was very knowledgeable about how the food was prepared, and the takeout was marked gf when we got that the next day!!
Don't do it. This place used to be safe but not anymore. I made my allergies very clear and they seemed uninterested and shrugged it off. I asked what methods they took in order to reduce cross contamination and they couldn't answer. I got so sick. Avoid.
Outside of Il Canale, This is the best GF pizza I have had in the D.C. area.
I ordered the spinach dip app w/ gluten-free bread & I was pretty sure the server forgot to write that part down. I did ask to confirm when it was delivered to the table & I'm glad I did. The manager fixed it right away & very apologist. The pizza is good.

If you have Celiac Disease, beware!!! We Spent $102.00 at Fireworks last night, ordered “Gluten Free” pepperoni pizza and “gluten free” Mac and cheese in an small black iron dish. My daughter violently vomited all night long. The waiter didn’t give me much of a response when I asked about how the pizza was cooked. Do not trust the gf options if you are sensitive to Cross Contamination. (Otherwise we like their food! Just can’t take the chance with my child ever again)

Amazing pizza/calzones and extensive cider selection. They even recently added vegan cheese to their menu! Can’t wait to go back
This is our go-to place for pizza! Their bacon fat fries are great too.
The staff is knowledgeable. The gluten free pizza is delicious and they have gluten free beer.
Good pizza cooked on separate surface than regular pizza. Fries are also gf.
Decent GF pizza crust, but a little overpriced. The server had allergies, so she was very aware.
This is our go-to for GF pizza and pasta. We’ve been coming here for years from Ashburn to pick up to-go. They are doing much better with the pizza crusts. Never a contamination issue with us four celiacs.
Unsure about food quality. I attempted to place an order for pizza and after asking some questions, I learned that they use the same batch of toppings for the gluten free pizzas as the non-GF pizzas. Disappointed, I was looking forward to trying it, but that’s far from celiac safe.
Fireworks has a very good g f pizza that is delicious and completely g f They also have really good fries that are fried in bacon grease which sound greasy but it’s actullay pretty good
Pizza is excellent. Jalapeño, Mushroom, ‘Local Sausage’ gluten free pizza was amazing. Lively place with well trained staff. They also stock Bold Rock Cider.
I WILL BE BACK AND I CANNOT WAIT. I LOVED having a calzone again after years!!
They use their GF crust to sub in for a lot of stuff and it's delicious...Their spinach and cheese dip (GF subbed in to dip) was AMAZING and I definitely recommend.
They also offer GF pasta for different things!
This is my favorite GF pizza place! I have eaten there many times, and have never felt sick. They take it very seriously in my experience.

I have been GF for 15 years and I just had my first GF calzone! The crust was fantastic. Tons of filling. Couldn't eat the whole thing so I cut it in half and it was even better the next day. Thanks!
I'm celiac and this place is just wonderful! I had a calzone and it was amazing! And the best part I didn't get sick! Our waitress wasn't very helpful but then we talked to the chef and she made me very confident about eating there!
Amazing! My go to place for a dinner out. Never gotten something I haven't liked. I am gf and df, they can accommodate both!
Loved this place! GF calzone was amazing! Dessert was absolutely delicious. Definitely a new favorite.
oh heaven 2 celiacs in our group of 4. everything on the menu is adaptable to be gluten free. meaty pizza for my celiac son in celebration of his 10th b-day was so yummy. my other son is super picky and has declared the kids cheese pizza as the best in the world. salad was out of this world good and my Mom's chicken blt sandwich was huge and tasty too. will be a regular now!!!
This was an amazing gluten free pizza. It was delicious. We had the pineapple and ham pizza.
Love this place. I have been reassured that they are "very careful" time and time again, and I have never been glutened here (and, being pretty sensitive, that says something). They're doing something right!
Great gluten free crust! They can also make calzones and sandwiches with the same crust they use for their pizzas. They also offer GF desserts.
Two thumbs up. If I had more thumbs, I'd give Fireworks Pizza even more thumbs up. Delicious, great service, and great atmosphere.
As stated by another review, they do not have a separate prep or cooking area. Celiacs beware.
The staff was very friendly. The manager was knowledgable and honest. She let us know before seating us that they have GF options & try to keep things separate but they have an open kitchen with hand tossed pizza on a floured counter. Airborne flour is a real concern here. They are not celiacs safe. We appreciated her honesty!
I love this place. All of the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced whenever possible and the pizzas are creative. I like the GF crust they make. It's less fluffy than the regular version, but still has good flavor. Service is always good and they always have GF adult beverages available.
New gf crust is awesome made switch summer of 2013. Almost all food is locally grown, taste is awesome, device is great, only downside is sometimes a long wait for table.
Service was quick and friendly. Ordered gluten free pizza and enjoyed it! Would love to return!

Good at labeling but I did get bad stomach ache from the gf pizza.
My Celiac son ordered GF penne pasta and chocolate mouse. We confirmed that they boil the pasta in separate water, use separate utensils, etc. 3 hours later, he is vomiting. Be cautious!
Excellent GF pizza with optional dairy-free Daiya cheese. GF pasta available. Most salads and many appetizers are safe. Very knowledgeable staff. This local chain is known for food allergies and celiac safe dining.
Decided to give Fireworks another try and the gluten free pizza was delicious! We’ll definitely order again!
The gluten-free pasta and pizza are better than the regular! We are not celiac... just sensitive...
