Review of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Delayed review - was there a couple of weeks ago.

All I can say is:

YES PLEASE!!

I have celiac disease. Firebirds not only has a gluten free menu, but they have:

Great food (had a strawberry & spinach salad with shrimp)

Great service

Great treatment of special needs - A manager and wait staff walked my food out together to be sure it didn’t get switched, glutened, etc.

Thank you Firebirds for helping to keep my safe!

Oh! And my non-gluten free friend had the exact same salad and loved it too.
