10/10 pizza, have the option to make your own or order from the menu. They also have salads and other meals, with a long list of deserts.

TLDR: Not safe for celiacs.
My partner and I stopped by here last night before checking out the fireworks at English Bay. I had the GF margherita, which was decidedly ok. The crust wasn’t too chewy or dry and the flavour was alright. But I did not feel like it was a celiac friendly place. They did have a separate wooden paddle to build the pizza on, but it goes in the oven at the same place regular pizzas have been sitting. Then it was removed using the same metal paddle as the regular pizzas. I wasn’t able to watch them make the pizza, so I’m not sure if they changed gloves.

Gluten free bases available on all pizzas. Asked if it was a preference or allergy. They confirmed separate utensils would be used.

GF crust available. But it is a mediocre GF crust put into a wood fired pizza oven. The toppings were good, thought the prosciutto was cut a little thick. I didn’t have any issues after eating.

Staff took huge precautions by changing gloves, getting fresh ingredients from under the prep area and serving the pizza uncut. They seemed very aware and accommodating. BUT, I still got sick. I think in an environment like that where it's open air and there's wheat flour in the air and all over prep surfaces, it's probably almost impossible to avoid CC. I appreciate the efforts made and for those who are eating GF by choice or NCGS it's probably fine. But for this celiac, sadly I won't be back.
No
The staff was very dedicated and careful to avoid cross contamination in every single step (they prepare the pizza right in front of us). The oven was the same for all pizzas but I felt safe, if contamination happens, is definitely minimal. Pizza was very good!

One server helped me with my Build Your Own GF Pizza. She changed gloves, used a dedicated pizza paddle, pulled ingredients from fresh containers and steered me away from toppings she couldn't guarantee were GF. Other server was not as knowledgeable but admitted it and asked someone else to step in so that was good. Guy firing and cutting the pizzas kept mine on its tin in the oven but then touched the GF utensils to a non-GF pizza to compare doneness. What the heck lol I didn't get sick but this seemed silly after all the care they took to prep it safely.
Pizza crust burned on the edges in the oven because they fire them at 900 degrees for 90 seconds. Bit too hot/short for thin crust GF Pizza. Some toppings ended up burnt because they had to cook the crust a bit longer to make it not gooey in the middle then crust was burnt on edges. Tasted fine once I pulled off the burnt sundried tomatoes.
Everyone in the whole family enjoyed their food! I ordered a salad as I am Gluten and Dairy free. I was so impressed with the staff understanding to my food needs. She immediately changed her gloves and used toppings and salad from the fridge so no cross contamination. The whole staff had a great knowledge and did not make me feel bad for having to request them to do these Extra steps, they just did it! Thank you for making us feel welcome!
GF crust and when the folks making your pizza are aware you have celiac, gloves for food handling are changed and sauce and other toppings are brought from the back or under the counter to avoid "double-dipping"/ cross-contamination. I felt safe and confident. And the pizza was very good. Standard commercial GF pizza crust (we all know what that means). But great topping options. Even vegan mozzarella.
