Although they were a great place to get gluten free pizza, they are no longer open at this location.

Fantastic gluten-free pizza!! It's hard for me to find good gluten-free pizza that tastes good. They have 2 gluten-free crusts that are Udis and are stored separately from the wheat crusts. Also two people in my party were dairy free and they loved their pizzas with dairy free cheese!! It's not easy finding a place for us to eat and get good food that is also allergy friendly. Fired Pizza makes fantastic pizza easy for us!! Highly recommend!

They have options but you have to be explicit with employees to avoid cross contamination. They couldn't tell me whether or not the tortilla strips were gluten free and then forgot to take them off my salad and had to remake it.

They do have a gluten free crust however staff knowledge is significantly behind. They use brushes to rub on sauces on glutened pizza causing x-contamination. Also the air duct above all the ingredients is severely contaminated with dust so much so that it is visible!

Used to be celiac friendly, but they're basically just "gluten aware" at this point

I do love their gf pizzas! A choice of plain or herb crusts that come prepared. I prefer the gf herb crust It’s nice to not spend a fortune and get a sizable pizza! All sauces are gf also.

I was in line for 10 minutes waiting to order, I'm not complaining about that because it was the lunch rush, and I saw a ton of cross contaminating practices. I ended up not ordering. This was the location on Washington and 2nd st.

Definitely not celiac friendly. They don't change their gloves or use a separate station or oven.

I appreciate that they use a new, clean pizza cutter if you tell them you have an allergy. The pizza's delicious and they're fast.

They offer GF pizza, it is cooked on its own pan and the sever asked if I wanted him to change gloves while he prepared mine. I said yes and that I appreciated him asking. Pizza was good, they have lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. I didn't ask about what all ingredients are GF, but they seemed like they would be knowledgable and would be able to tell you.

The employees working had regular pizza dough sitting on trays over all of the toppings, creating many opportunities for cross-contamination. I had to remind each person to change their gloves more than once. After having the first pizza thrown out because someone grabbed it bare-handed and without washing their hands first, the crust guy stopped working with a ball of regular dough and pulled another GF crust out of the bag with the same gloves on, little bits of wheat dough stuck all over them and contaminating their whole supply. Barro's is only a few doors down. Save your stomach and go there.

The one food I miss the most is pizza. Fired Pie has the best GF Pizza I've had in 8 years! Most GF pizzas have gummy crust or crust that tastes like cardboard and can cost a ridiculous amount of money! At Fired Pie requesting a GF crust is only $2.00 more than the regular crust and that price is only $7.75. And are you ready for this??? You can have all the toppings you want at NO EXTRA COST! AND it tastes GOOD! There are 3 locations in the Phoenic area. I hope they expand to nationwide very soon.
